Open House in High Point

On Wednesday, April 5th the Children’s Law Center held an open house event at Congdon Yards in High Point. This was an opportunity for community members and public officials to learn about the Children’s Law Center and to engage with board and staff members. The CLC has been working in Guilford County since 2014, serving as a voice for children across the county in both the Greensboro and High Point communities in Chapter 50B Domestic Violence Protective Order cases. The CLC has advocated for over 170 children in Guilford County through our work in Domestic Violence Protective Order cases and with our service expansion will give a voice to more children than ever.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We had many great conversations and had the opportunity to educate people on the important work we do providing children with quality legal advocacy focusing on domestic violence issues, high conflict custody cases, and the rights of children in public education.
